The prime selection of fresh meats and sausages are in abundance at V. Richards. Our butchers never cease to amaze us and our customers with the extensive carte du jour of choice and prime grade meats. While in our meat department, be sure to inquire about our cooking suggestions for any meat that you are preparing. Oh yeah! Don't forget to bring those dull knives to us. We are more than happy to sharpen up to two knives on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at no charge to out dedicated customers.
